Payroll – Here’s what you need to know

Payroll

At Crescent Consulting, we know how important it is to keep our temporary workers and contractors in the loop about payroll. Here’s what you need to know about our payroll process.

Payroll Schedule

We pay every two weeks, with payments hitting your account every other Wednesday. For example, in December 2024, you’ll get paid on the 11th and 25th but due to the 25th being a public holiday, we’ll get your pay to you on the 24th. We’ve put the full payroll schedule for the coming year in a document download below, to make it easy for you to keep track.

Your First Payment

You’ll get your first payment on the first scheduled Wednesday after you start working with us. After that, you’ll fall into the regular two-week pattern.

Timesheet Submission

To get paid on time, you need to submit your timesheets through our Karmly platform. Karmly is easy to use and helps both temporary workers and contractors track time and handle invoices without hassle.

Before you start your first assignment, watch for an email with your Karmly login details. If you can’t find it, check your junk mail folder. Once you’ve accepted the invitation, you can start recording your time and getting it approved.

Important Deadline: To make sure you get paid on schedule, your timesheets must be submitted and approved by midday on the Monday before payday. This gives our team time to process all payments accurately.

Karmly Features

Karmly (previously Invoxy) works on both web browsers and mobile apps, so you can use it wherever you are. The platform is straightforward, but we know even simple tools can be tricky sometimes. That’s why we’ve included the following guides on:
